Damen Haile Mariam is Professor of Public Health and Health Economics at the School of Public Health at AAU. He is a Consultant Community Health Specialist with the Federal Ministry of Health. He has served as Chair of the Department of Community Health; as President of the Ethiopian Public Health Association; and as Associate Dean for Research and Graduate Studies at the College of Health Sciences at AAU.
