Tigistu Haile is Professor of Geophysics at the School of Earth Sciences, College of Natural Sciences of the Addis Ababa University, Ethiopia. He received his PhD in Geophysics from the Department of Applied Physics, Indian Institute of Technology. He worked on a number of projects both as a PI and as member mostly leading the geophysics component. He has been playing a leading role in Ethiopian Geological and Mineral Engineering Association and is a member of Ethiopian Association of Hydrogeology.
