Solomon Teferra is an Associate Professor and Coordinator of the PhD Program in Mental Health Epidemiology. He earned his Ph.D. in Psychiatric Epidemiology from Umeå University, Sweden. He is Head of Research Division and Chair of Scientific Committee at the Department of Psychiatry, Addis Ababa University (AAU) in Ethiopia. He is also Associate Faculty of CDT-Africa at AAU, a Center of Excellence supported by a grant of the World Bank. He has published over 40 research papers in reputable journals.
