The Ethiopian Academy of Sciences (EAS) conveys a congratulatory message to Professor Masresha Fetene one of its Founding Fellows and former Executive Director on being elected as Co President of the InterAcademy Partnership (IAP) at the Triennial Conference and Meeting of the IAP and the World-Wide Young Academies held in Arizona at Biosphere-2 from November 1 to 3, 2022. Professor Masresha will serve as IAP Co President together with Dr. Margaret Hamburg from the US National Academy of Sciences. The IAP is one of the largest international science organizations with a membership of 150 academies of science, medicine and engineering worldwide including EAS.
