Abraham Aseffa is the Scientific Director of the Armauer Hansen Research Institute. He is founding member and current Vice President of the Ethiopian Public Health Laboratory Professionals Association and Chairman of the National TB Research Advisory Committee. He is a recipient of Gold Medal from the Ethiopian Public Health Association. He has published extensively.
