Professor Nigus Gabbiye Habtu is an experienced faculty with more than 20 years teaching and research experience in the area of process intensification for chemical process, renewable energy and environmental engineering applications. He is specialized in chemical and environmental engineering focussed on intensification of chemical process, renewable energy, wastewater and water treatment, hydrodynamics of catalytic reactors, and waste valorisation. He is an author and co-authored for over 120+ refereed publications in high impact international journals, 60 book chapters/ conference proceedings indexed in Scopus. Prof. Nigus is one of the productive researchers with a Scopus H-index of 31/ i10 – index of 70 (~ 2800 citation).
