Solomon Abegaz Kebede has obtained his BSc in Animal Sciences in November, 1985 and his MSc in Animal production in July 1994. He obtained his PhD in Animal Science in March, 2003. He has worked as elementary school teacher from December 1976 to September 1981. After his graduation he has worked as a researcher for Ethiopian Institute of Agricultural Research, Oromia Agricultural Research Institute and Ethiopian Biodiversity Institute; and as Assistant Professor for Ambo College. He has taught various courses, advised graduate students and served as external examiner in various Universities. He has also authored and co-authored scientific articles and conference papers.
