Abebe Dinku is a Professor of Civil Engineering at AAU. He has published articles in local and international journals and has authored textbooks and served as a member of the editorial board of ZEDE. He was a senior Fulbright Scholar at the University of Maryland 2005/06. He is member of the Ethiopian Association of Civil Engineers; a member of the American Concrete Institute; and founding chairman of ACI-Ethiopia chapter.
