Dr. Abule Ebro holds a BSc in Animal Sciences (1984), MSc in Animal Production (1994), and PhD in Grassland Sciences (2003). He has worked in research and leadership roles at EIAR, ILRI, and SNV-Wageningen projects, focusing on rangeland, livestock, and pastoral systems. He has coordinated national and international studies, contributed to curriculum development, taught and advised MSc/PhD students, and published over 100 works. He co-authored the 2022 Ecosystem Assessment Book by EBI. Currently, he serves as Vice President of the Ethiopian Society of Animal Production and member of the International Rangeland committee.
