The Ethiopian Academy of Sciences has received a financial support from the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the contract for the study to be conducted under the Bridge project.
The service is conducting a study entitled a “Systematic Review of The Nexus among Fertility Rate, Unemployment and Migration in Ethiopia”. The study is an effort to review the dynamics and interaction of these three variables, vis., Fertility, Migration and Unemployment and this could help to ensure enhanced population policy design and implementation (see the ToRs below).
The Ethiopian Academy of Sciences now invites eligible consultants to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (description of similar assignments and availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. and a link could be a possible attachment).
