Yimtubezinash Woldeamanuel is Associate Professor in Medical Microbiology at the School of Medicine, College of Health Sciences (CHS), and AAU. She has done research in Medical Microbiology and infectious diseases and contributed in dissemination of findings through publications in reputable journals. She is also Chair of the Institutional Review Board (IRB), CHS and has contributed to the capacity building of research ethics review at the National level as well as other African countries. Her current research interest is in Health care associated with infections and AMR.
