Berhanu Gebremedhin is Senior Scientist-Agricultural Economist at the International Livestock Research Institute and Adjunct Professor of Economics at AAU. He served as President of the Ethiopian Society of Agricultural Economics. He is the recipient of the Rockefeller PhD dissertation award; ILRI Neville Clark Award for Outstanding Partnership; and ILRI long service award. He has published extensively.
