Belay Tefera Kibret has a Ph.D. degree in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He has co-developed over 11 programs/curricula at Addis Ababa University and served as an external reviewer for seven newly designed programs in other universities. He has established the Ethiopian Journal of Behavioral Studies (serving as an editor-in-chief) and has published five books and over 50 journal articles that stimulated further inquiry in the fields of Education, Psychology, Behavioral and Social Sciences.
