Fasil Giorghis is Associate Professor of Architecture and Chair Holder of Conservation of Urban and Architectural Heritage at AAU. Among his notable works are the Red Terror Memorial Museum and the restoration of the residence of Blaten Geta Heruy Woldeselassie for the Ethiopian Academy of Sciences in Addis Ababa. He has participated in numerous international conferences and has contributed articles on sustainable architecture and preservation of cultural heritage.
